290 East 149th Street is a six-lot assemblage that Vertical is planning as a 100% affordable, HPD Mix-and-Match project, near Lincoln Hospital in the Mott Haven area of the Bronx.  The project will include two residential towers, 9 and 10 stories high, connected by a 1 story commercial podium base.  An inner courtyard will be provided to residents as well as some roof access to appreciate the amazing views.  The project will feature a mix of incomes as well as some senior AIRS units within the 163 apartments, and two commercial units on the ground floor.  Some underground parking will be provided as well.
