Sunrise Marina is a community of 24 two-family homes. Shelter Cove incorporates a clubhouse, meeting room, fitness center, and common community spaces, but it also boasts a boat slip for each of its 34 units. Sunset Marina is a group of 36 homes.  All these properties are along the same shoreline in the Bronx.  Scope included not only building up piers, adjusting riprap, working with waterfront landscaping, and building the homes, but also dredging operations, and cleanup of abandoned cars, gas storage, and abandoned boats in the water.  Our teams worked with the DEP, DEC and Army Corps of Engineers to complete this project along with marine bulkhead companies and coastal engineers.
